When you do arrive for your appointment, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team who will welcome you into our serene waiting room, where you’ll find a coffee bar and a water fridge for your enjoyment. We also try to only have one patient in our waiting room at a time to give you absolute privacy.

When Dr. Johnson is ready for you, you’ll be escorted to our comfortable treatment rooms, which is complete with a TV, cozy blankets, and eye pillows to help you relax. Your hygienist will take your blood pressure and begin your two-hour first consultation.

This isn’t just a quick check-up. We take the time to truly understand your needs and educate you about your oral health. Your consultation will include a gum assessment, a thorough cleaning, and an oral cancer screening. If needed, we will also use intra-oral scans to get a detailed view of your mouth.

After your consultation, our office manager will prepare your personalized treatment plan. We know you’re busy, and that your first visit to our practice is an investment, which is why we aim to give you all the necessary information during this first visit to eliminate the need for a separate trip just for treatment planning. We also believe in complete transparency, so everything will be explained to you to avoid hidden surprises.
